Enterprise Account Managers
Mid-market, enterprise, public-sector and global accounts get named account managers. Their direct dial sits on the last page of your monthly invoice. Account managers handle design changes, contract amendments, strategic planning and escalations that require cross-product coordination. They do not handle Tier-1 break/fix — that stays on the Business Support line.

Public Sector / Verizon Frontline
Federal, state, local and public-safety customers use a dedicated service desk number printed on their service agreement. Public-safety users operating on Verizon Frontline priority service have an additional 24/7 operations number for priority event response, referenced in CISA emergency communications procedures.
